This is a great appetizer. I like it because you can change the taste by switching the flavor of oil you use. For this one I used blood orange olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp
    herbes de provence
  • 3
    fresh bay leaves
  • 1 Tbsp
    pink peppercorns
  • 1 1/2 c
    fruity flavored olive oil

How to Make Marinated Mozzarella Balls


  1. Mix the herbes de provence, bay leaves, pink peppercorns, and olive oil. Stir in mozzarella balls. Let marinate overnight. Keep in fridge for up to a week.
