Kind of like a lemon cheesecake in a cheese ball. Very good with graham crackers.

Ingredients For lemon cheese ball

  • 1/4 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweetened lemonade powdered mix
  • 1/2 c
    sifted powder sugar
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened

How To Make lemon cheese ball

    In a medium bowl; mix the cream cheese, butter, sugar and lemonade mix using an electric mixer.

    Refrigerate for 3 hours. When mixture is completely chilled, shape into a ball and roll in graham cracker crumbs. Serve on a platter with you favorite crackers.
