jd's jalapeno dip
My husband and I developed this dip for a family reunion not realizing that it would be such a hit. You can adapt this for milder tastes or hotter as you wish. The slight green color is a conversation starter.

Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
- 2-3 ounces sliced, pickled jalapenos
- 1 cup celery stalk chopped
- 1 pinch garlic powder
How To Make jd's jalapeno dip

Step 1Place celery and jalapenos in food processor and chop to small pieces.

Step 2Add cream cheese and garlic powder and blend until well mixed. This will not be smooth dip but appear rather chunky.

Step 3If you desire this dish to be hotter, add more jalapenos. If milder taste is desire, try using a green pepper in place of the jalapenos. Chill and enjoy with pretzels or crachers.
