Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Italian blend shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 - roma tomato (sliced very thin)
- 2/3 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
How To Make incredible cheese crisps

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray the paper with no-stick spray. If you don't spray with no-stick spray they WILL stick, so it's very important.

Step 2Make small piles of cheese using 1-1 1/2 Tbsp of Italian blend cheese for each pile. Spread flat. Press sliced tomatoes between two paper towels to remove moisture and place one slice on each pile.

Step 3Place 1 tsp of diced ham on each tomato and a few pieces of onion. Press down slightly to keep piles a little flat. Sprinkle with garlic powder.

Step 4Top with remaining Italian cheese blend and then Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with parsley.

Step 5Bake for 12-13 minutes until crispy golden brown. Cool slightly, remove from pan and serve warm or cold.
