How to Make Hot pepper cheese dip
- Dice onion and saute in the stick of butter in a medium to large pot until soft.
- Once onion is soft, add 1 can of stewed tomatoes undrained.
- While tomatoes are warming with the onion mixture, cut the 8-16 oz brick of pepper cheese in to small cubes and add to mixture in pot. Cover and simmer until cheese is melted, checking and stirring often.
