Ingredients

  • 2 c
    cooked diced chicken
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    slivered almonds
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 c
    crushed potato chips

How to Make Hot Chicken Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking dish with cooking spray
  2. Combine all ingredients except potato chips.
  3. Place mixture in baking dish, topping with crushed potato chips. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
