I found this recipe in an old cook book of my mothers. I made it for the retirement party of our mayor. It was the first thing gone from the table. YUMMY

Ingredients

16 ounces sour cream
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
5 stalks green onions, sliced
1-2 dash hot sauce
8 ounces cream cheese, softened

How To Make hot bacon cheddar dip

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375*

Step 2

Combine all ingredients and place into a 2 quart casserole dish or pan
Step 3

Bake 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly serve with crackers
