Ingredients

  • 1 c
    finely diced kielbasa
  • 8 oz
    sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    caraway seeds
  • 1 pkg
    refrigerated biscuits, like pillsbury

How to Make Game day reuben pockets

Step-by-Step

  1. heat oven to 375. In lg skillet, over med-low heat, cook kielbasa and sauerkraut, stirring, for 5 mins.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and caraway seeds. Let cool. Separate biscuits and roll into a 1/2" circle.
  3. Place 3 tbsp filling in center of each circle. Fold dough over filling, pressing edges to seal. Place pockets on a cookie sheet. Bake about 14 mins, or until golden brown.
