These tasty little pockets are great for game day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely diced kielbasa
  • 8 ounces sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits, like pillsbury

How To Make game day reuben pockets

  • Step 1
    heat oven to 375. In lg skillet, over med-low heat, cook kielbasa and sauerkraut, stirring, for 5 mins.
  • Step 2
    Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and caraway seeds. Let cool. Separate biscuits and roll into a 1/2" circle.
  • Step 3
    Place 3 tbsp filling in center of each circle. Fold dough over filling, pressing edges to seal. Place pockets on a cookie sheet. Bake about 14 mins, or until golden brown.
