How to Make Fried Cheddar and Bacon Sticks

  1. Cut bacon strips in half and cook. I like to bake mine in the oven at 375° for about 20-25 min.
  2. Place a small strip of grated cheddar on your griddle, place bacon on top and a little more cheese on top of bacon. Cook on med high temp until bottom cheese melts and starts browning. Turn off griddle long enough for cheese to set. Then flip and turn griddle back on long enough to melt other side of cheese.
