Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound johnsonville spicy italian sausage, bulk
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 4 - garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 can rotel
- 1 teaspoon cilantro stems, chopped
- 2 pounds velveeta, cut in slices
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper-to taste
- - corn tortillas, cut in triangles then deep fried
How To Make fast fannie's fiery cheesy sausage dip

Step 1Add oil to skillet, fry sausage until almost done. Toss in onion and garlic. Fry until onions are translucent. Add Rotel and cilantro stems to skillet. Cook for about a minute or so. Add Velveeta, cumin and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until cheese has melted and bubbly. If too thick, add a little milk. Serve with seasoned fried tortilla chips. Enjoy!
