This is some-kinda-good dip! This is the hubs favorite. You still have time to make this for Gameday! Cooking with Love & Passion sw :)

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound johnsonville spicy italian sausage, bulk
  • 1/2 - onion, chopped
  • 4 - garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro stems, chopped
  • 2 pounds velveeta, cut in slices
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper-to taste
  • - corn tortillas, cut in triangles then deep fried

How To Make fast fannie's fiery cheesy sausage dip

  • Step 1
    Add oil to skillet, fry sausage until almost done. Toss in onion and garlic. Fry until onions are translucent. Add Rotel and cilantro stems to skillet. Cook for about a minute or so. Add Velveeta, cumin and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until cheese has melted and bubbly. If too thick, add a little milk. Serve with seasoned fried tortilla chips. Enjoy!
