Ingredients

1 Tbspvegetable oil

1 lbjohnsonville spicy italian sausage, bulk

1/2onion, chopped

4garlic cloves, chopped

1 can(s)rotel
-
1 tspcilantro stems, chopped

2 lbvelveeta, cut in slices

1 Tbspcumin

1 tspcayenne pepper-to taste
-
·corn tortillas, cut in triangles then deep fried
How to Make Fast Fannie's Fiery Cheesy Sausage Dip
- Add oil to skillet, fry sausage until almost done. Toss in onion and garlic. Fry until onions are translucent. Add Rotel and cilantro stems to skillet. Cook for about a minute or so. Add Velveeta, cumin and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until cheese has melted and bubbly. If too thick, add a little milk. Serve with seasoned fried tortilla chips. Enjoy!
