Ingredients
- 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 ounces cream cheese,softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts (of course i use pecans)
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts (lightly toasted) this step is optional
How To Make evelyn's cheeseball

Step 1Mix all together and form into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Serve with your favorite crackers. (note will have to guess at measurement for garlic salt and salt--I eyeball half of a 1/4 teaspoon when measuring the spices.

Step 2OPTIONAL STEP--If you want the appearance to be a little more attractive, I suggest rolling the ball in about a cup of finely chopped nuts (you can lightly toast them)
