Ingredients
- 1 can mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar pizza sauce (small jar)
- 1 package roll out pie crust (in the refrigerator section)
- 1 pound cooked and drained ground beef
- 1 package pepperoni (10-12 oz pack)
How To Make easy flaky pizza pockets
-
Step 1Unroll pie crust on some wax paper(flour surface) . I use a large biscuit cutter and cut out circles for the pockets.Re-roll any remaining dough and cut out what you can.
-
Step 2Spread pizza sauce on each circle leaving the outer edge of the circle clean. Put a tablespoon of ground beef in the center of the pockets and add 2 pepperoni and a sprinkle of cheese over the center. Dampen your finger with water and go around the edge of the pie crust and fold. Using a fork seal all edges of the pizza pockets. Bake in a 350* pre-heated oven for 10-12 mins until golden brown. Enjoy :)
