Easy & Delicious Cheese Ball
2 pkg8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 ozshredded cheddar cheese
2 tspworcestershire sauce
1/2 ccoarsely chopped black olives
10 Tbspfinely chopped dried beef, divided
1/2 tspblack pepper
1 tsponion powder
1/2 tspgarlic powder
·parsley - garnish as desired
How to Make Easy & Delicious Cheese Ball
- Using an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Add the worcestershire sauce, olives, 4 tablespoons chopped dried beef, black pepper, onion, and garlic powders. Continue beating until well blended.
- Turn out on foil or waxed paper and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator & reshape if needed.
- Roll cheeseball in the remaining dried beef to coat completely. Wrap in foil or plastic & refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers.
