easy & delicious cheese ball
This cheese ball recipe name was originally "Red Cheese Ball". It's not really red so I took the liberty to rename it. I make it several times during the Thanksgiving through Christmas holidays. It always disappears quickly.

Ingredients
- 2 packages 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped black olives
- 10 tablespoons finely chopped dried beef, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- - parsley - garnish as desired
How To Make easy & delicious cheese ball

Step 1Using an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.

Step 2Add the worcestershire sauce, olives, 4 tablespoons chopped dried beef, black pepper, onion, and garlic powders. Continue beating until well blended.

Step 3Turn out on foil or waxed paper and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator & reshape if needed.

Step 4Roll cheeseball in the remaining dried beef to coat completely. Wrap in foil or plastic & refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers.
