This cheese ball recipe name was originally "Red Cheese Ball". It's not really red so I took the liberty to rename it. I make it several times during the Thanksgiving through Christmas holidays. It always disappears quickly.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c
    coarsely chopped black olives
  • 10 Tbsp
    finely chopped dried beef, divided
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    parsley - garnish as desired

How to Make Easy & Delicious Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Using an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
  2. Add the worcestershire sauce, olives, 4 tablespoons chopped dried beef, black pepper, onion, and garlic powders. Continue beating until well blended.
  3. Turn out on foil or waxed paper and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator & reshape if needed.
  4. Roll cheeseball in the remaining dried beef to coat completely. Wrap in foil or plastic & refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers.
