This dip was a huge hit at our Superbowl party! We served it on top of chili or with chips. I transferred it to my small, 2 qt crockpot to keep it warm through the game and it fit perfectly.

Ingredients

1 pound breakfast sausage
2 packages cream cheese (8 oz each)
2 cans rotel (10 oz each)
1 tablespoon diced jalapenos

How To Make easy creamy sausage dip

Step 1

Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until evenly browned and no longer pink. Drain.

Step 2

Reduce heat to low, and stir in the Rotel, cream cheese, and jalapenos until evenly blended. Cook just until heated.
