Ingredients
- 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons diced green onion
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 - egg yolk beaten w/ 1 tsp water
How To Make delicate feta cheese pastries

Step 1Heat oven to 375. In bowl, combine feta cheese, green onion and beaten egg.

Step 2Cut pastry on cutting board, into 12-3"-squares. Mound 1 heaping tbsp of feta mix onto center of each square. Moisten edges w/ water

Step 3Fold pastry over filling, making a triangle. Press edges together w/ fork. Place pastries on a baking sheet. Brush each pastry w/ egg yolk mix. Bake 20 mins.
