How to Make delicate feta cheese pastries
- Heat oven to 375. In bowl, combine feta cheese, green onion and beaten egg.
- Cut pastry on cutting board, into 12-3"-squares. Mound 1 heaping tbsp of feta mix onto center of each square. Moisten edges w/ water
- Fold pastry over filling, making a triangle. Press edges together w/ fork. Place pastries on a baking sheet. Brush each pastry w/ egg yolk mix. Bake 20 mins.
