Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 8 - frozen, mozzarella sticks, left whole or cut in half as i did.
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Italian - seasoning & garlic salt
- your - choice marinara or i used delgrosso pizza sauce
How To Make ~ crescent cheese sticks ~
-
Step 1Make sure your cheese is good and froze or will leak. Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Unroll crescents and I cut each in half to make small rolls, or can leave each crescent whole to fit the whole stick. Up to you. Roll out just a bit with a rolling pin and place cheese in center, wrap dough around cheese and make sure ends are completely secured.
-
Step 2Melt butter and add desired amount of Italian seasoning and garlic salt, blend well and with a pastry brush, brush each stick with butter. Place on a greased sheet pan and bake for 10 - 15 min or until golden and cheese is melted.
-
Step 3Serve with favorite marinara. Enjoy!
