Ingredients
- 1 package 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 - small jalapeno pepper
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 packages 8 ounce cream cheese--16 ounces total
How To Make cranberry cream cheese dip

Step 1Put cranberries in food processor and finely chop.

Step 2chop the green onions, cilantro and jalapeno pepper into small pieces.

Step 3Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT the cream cheese into a bowl and refrigerate at least four hours for the flavors to blend.

Step 4when you are ready to serve, place your cream cheese bricks on a plate and spread out as evenly as you can.

Step 5Spread the cranberry mixture over the cream cheese--cover as much as possible.

Step 6Serve with wheat thins. Can also serve with Ritz crackers or tortilla chips.
