  • 1 pkg
    12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 c
    green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1
    small jalapeno pepper
  • 1 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 2 pkg
    8 ounce cream cheese--16 ounces total

How to Make Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Put cranberries in food processor and finely chop.
  2. chop the green onions, cilantro and jalapeno pepper into small pieces.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT the cream cheese into a bowl and refrigerate at least four hours for the flavors to blend.
  4. when you are ready to serve, place your cream cheese bricks on a plate and spread out as evenly as you can.
  5. Spread the cranberry mixture over the cream cheese--cover as much as possible.
  6. Serve with wheat thins. Can also serve with Ritz crackers or tortilla chips.
