Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cans (7oz) iced green chiles
- 1 pound jack cheese, shredded (i used mexican shredded)
- 1 cup buttermilk baking mix (bisquick)
- 3 - eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
How To Make chili relleno pie

Step 1In a 9x13 baking dish, melt butter. Sprinkle chiles over butter. Spread cheese over chiles.

Step 2In a bowl, mix buttermilk biscuit mix, eggs, salt and milk. Pour over cheese.

Step 3Bake in preheated 350 over, 30-40 minutes until golden brown on top
