1 lbjack cheese, shredded (i used mexican shredded)

1 cbuttermilk baking mix (bisquick)

3eggs
-
3/4 tspsalt

2 cmilk
How to Make CHILI RELLENO PIE
- In a 9x13 baking dish, melt butter.
Sprinkle chiles over butter.
Spread cheese over chiles. - In a bowl, mix buttermilk biscuit mix, eggs, salt and milk.
Pour over cheese. - Bake in preheated 350 over, 30-40 minutes until golden brown on top
