Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddare cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese(kraft works best)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make cheese cookies

Step 1Blend all ingredients together in the order given. Then roll into small balls walnut size. Then chill for 1 to 1/2 hours if not using immediately. These can be frozen as well for 1 month. When ready to cook, bake at 350 for 15 min.
