I have tried a number of receipes like this but My Mother-in-Law's Bobby Davis is the best melt in your mouth version

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddare cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese(kraft works best)
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make cheese cookies

  • Step 1
    Blend all ingredients together in the order given. Then roll into small balls walnut size. Then chill for 1 to 1/2 hours if not using immediately. These can be frozen as well for 1 month. When ready to cook, bake at 350 for 15 min.
