I always make this a couple of days before, it tastes so much better . We have tried different crackers but so far the Sociable Crackers taste the best.

philadelphia cream cheese
4 oz
treasure cave crumbled blue cheese
6 oz
kraft cracker barrel sharp cheese
small clove of garlic
1 tsp
(heaping) teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 tsp
lee &perrins worcestershire sauce
3/4 c
finely chopped pecans

How to Make Cheese Ball


  • 1Soften cheeses to room temperature. Combine cheeses with garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup of pecans and shape into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans and wrap in wax paper. Remove from refrigerator about an hour before serving. Garnish and serve with Sociable crackers.
