Super easy snack that is a big hit at family gatherings. It can be very easily doubled!

*TIP: To ensure that it's vegetarian, use a worcestershire sauce without anchovy!
I find mine at a local grocery store called Smith's (Kroger) it's their store brand worcestershire, and it contains NO anchovy.

cheddar cheese
1 8 oz pkg
cream cheese
1/2 Tbsp
green bell pepper, minced
1/2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp
lemon juice
dash of garlic powder
dash of cayenne pepper
sliced almonds or whole pecans

How to Make Cheddar Cheese Ball


  • 1Have all ingredients at room temperature.
  • 2With an electric mixer, blend all ingredients, except nuts, until the mixture is smooth.
  • 3Shape into a ball & refrigerate until the ball is beginning to set.
  • 4Roll the ball in pecans or almonds.
