Super easy snack that is a big hit at family gatherings. It can be very easily doubled! *TIP: To ensure that it's vegetarian, use a worcestershire sauce without anchovy! I find mine at a local grocery store called Smith's (Kroger) it's their store brand worcestershire, and it contains NO anchovy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 8 oz packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon green bell pepper, minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • - dash of garlic powder
  • - dash of cayenne pepper
  • - salt
  • - sliced almonds or whole pecans

How To Make cheddar cheese ball

  • Step 1
    Have all ingredients at room temperature.
  • Step 2
    With an electric mixer, blend all ingredients, except nuts, until the mixture is smooth.
  • Step 3
    Shape into a ball & refrigerate until the ball is beginning to set.
  • Step 4
    Roll the ball in pecans or almonds.
