Super easy snack that is a big hit at family gatherings. It can be very easily doubled!

*TIP: To ensure that it's vegetarian, use a worcestershire sauce without anchovy!
I find mine at a local grocery store called Smith's (Kroger) it's their store brand worcestershire, and it contains NO anchovy.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese
  • 1 8 oz pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    green bell pepper, minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • ·
    dash of garlic powder
  • ·
    dash of cayenne pepper
  • ·
    salt
  • ·
    sliced almonds or whole pecans

How to Make Cheddar Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Have all ingredients at room temperature.
  2. With an electric mixer, blend all ingredients, except nuts, until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Shape into a ball & refrigerate until the ball is beginning to set.
  4. Roll the ball in pecans or almonds.
