Super easy snack that is a big hit at family gatherings. It can be very easily doubled! *TIP: To ensure that it's vegetarian, use a worcestershire sauce without anchovy! I find mine at a local grocery store called Smith's (Kroger) it's their store brand worcestershire, and it contains NO anchovy.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon green bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- - dash of garlic powder
- - dash of cayenne pepper
- - salt
- - sliced almonds or whole pecans
How To Make cheddar cheese ball

Step 1Have all ingredients at room temperature.

Step 2With an electric mixer, blend all ingredients, except nuts, until the mixture is smooth.

Step 3Shape into a ball & refrigerate until the ball is beginning to set.

Step 4Roll the ball in pecans or almonds.
