Ingredients

2 pkgcream cheese, any type, 8 oz. each
-
1 pkgblue cheese crumbles, 4 0z.
-
2 Tbspminced onions, rehydrated
How to Make Blue Cheeze ball
- Let cheeses warm to room temp.
- Rehydrate minced onion in 2Tbs. warm water
- Combine ingreidents in deep mixing bowl and cream with electric hand mixer.
- Chill and serve or chill and form ball and roll in crushed pecans or walnuts
- Serve with an assortment or crackers, we like chicken in a biscut and veggie thins
