blue cheeze ball
This is a recipe I got more than 40 yrs ago and is my favorite. I will double it and snack on it all holiday season. I have made it into a ball, but everyone prefers it in a bowl with a varity of crackers around it.

Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese, any type, 8 oz. each
- 1 package blue cheese crumbles, 4 0z.
- 2 tablespoons minced onions, rehydrated
How To Make blue cheeze ball

Step 1Let cheeses warm to room temp.

Step 2Rehydrate minced onion in 2Tbs. warm water

Step 3Combine ingreidents in deep mixing bowl and cream with electric hand mixer.

Step 4Chill and serve or chill and form ball and roll in crushed pecans or walnuts

Step 5Serve with an assortment or crackers, we like chicken in a biscut and veggie thins
