This is a recipe I got more than 40 yrs ago and is my favorite. I will double it and snack on it all holiday season. I have made it into a ball, but everyone prefers it in a bowl with a varity of crackers around it.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese, any type, 8 oz. each
  • 1 package blue cheese crumbles, 4 0z.
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions, rehydrated

How To Make blue cheeze ball

  • Step 1
    Let cheeses warm to room temp.
  • Step 2
    Rehydrate minced onion in 2Tbs. warm water
  • Step 3
    Combine ingreidents in deep mixing bowl and cream with electric hand mixer.
  • Step 4
    Chill and serve or chill and form ball and roll in crushed pecans or walnuts
  • Step 5
    Serve with an assortment or crackers, we like chicken in a biscut and veggie thins
