- cream cheese, any type, 8 oz. each
- 1 pkg
- blue cheese crumbles, 4 0z.
- 2 Tbsp
- minced onions, rehydrated
How to Make Blue Cheeze ball
- 1Let cheeses warm to room temp.
- 2Rehydrate minced onion in 2Tbs. warm water
- 3Combine ingreidents in deep mixing bowl and cream with electric hand mixer.
- 4Chill and serve or chill and form ball and roll in crushed pecans or walnuts
- 5Serve with an assortment or crackers, we like chicken in a biscut and veggie thins
