- 1 cup milk
- 2 pounds velveeta queso blanco block
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained well
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chiles, drained well
- - chips for dipping
How To Make beefy queso blanco dip

Step 1In a large saucepan, bring milk to a warm simmer. While you're waiting, chop velveeta block into smaller cubes for faster melting.

Step 2Once cheese is melted, add drained tomatoes with chiles, and ground beef. Stir gently to combine. Serve with chips in the bowl of your choice.

Step 3Optional: to keep warm,serve in crock pot over "keep warm" or low setting.
