I made this for a family get-together, and I gave out the recipe at least 10 times. Must have been "pretty good!"

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 pounds velveeta queso blanco block
  • 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained well
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with chiles, drained well
  • - chips for dipping

How To Make beefy queso blanco dip

  • Step 1
    In a large saucepan, bring milk to a warm simmer. While you're waiting, chop velveeta block into smaller cubes for faster melting.
  • Step 2
    Once cheese is melted, add drained tomatoes with chiles, and ground beef. Stir gently to combine. Serve with chips in the bowl of your choice.
  • Step 3
    Optional: to keep warm,serve in crock pot over "keep warm" or low setting.
