I don't want to loose this recipe before I try it so I am posting it here. It looks sooooo good.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 - medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups endhilada sauce
- 2 cups grated monterrey jack or cheddar cheese
- 1 - sour cream
- 1 bag tortilla chips
How To Make beef enchilada dip

Step 1Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain, Add in onion and garlic and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in enchilada sauce and top with grated cheese. Cover and allow cheese to melt, about 3 more minutes.

Step 2Top with sour cream and serve with tortilla chips.
