8-10 slice
bacon or 1/4 cup real bacon bits
1 pound
sharp cheddar cheese
1(4 oz jar
pimentos(drained well)
1 cup
1/2 teaspo
1/4 teaspo
cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspo
granulated garlic or powder
1 bunch
green onions diced
crushed ritz crackers

How to Make Baked pimento cheese dip


  • 1Cut bacon 1/2 in pieces cook til crisp. Drain set aside. Add all ingredients except onions and crackers. Mix until thoroughly incorporated. Then fold in onions
  • 2Spread mixture in 9x12 in baking dish bake at 350 degrees for 20 min
  • 3Sprinkle with crushed crackers and return to oven for 20 more min or until crackers are browned and cheese is bubbly
