  • 8-10 slice
    bacon or 1/4 cup real bacon bits
  • 1 pound
    sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1(4 oz jar
    pimentos(drained well)
  • 1 cup
  • 1/2 teaspo
  • 1/4 teaspo
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspo
    granulated garlic or powder
  • 1 bunch
    green onions diced
  • 1cup
    crushed ritz crackers

How to Make Baked pimento cheese dip


  1. Cut bacon 1/2 in pieces cook til crisp. Drain set aside. Add all ingredients except onions and crackers. Mix until thoroughly incorporated. Then fold in onions
  2. Spread mixture in 9x12 in baking dish bake at 350 degrees for 20 min
  3. Sprinkle with crushed crackers and return to oven for 20 more min or until crackers are browned and cheese is bubbly
