Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups natural almonds
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 slices bacon cooked and crumbles
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill, fresh
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper

How To Make almond pinecones

  • Step 1
    Spread almonds in a single layer and bake at 300* for 15 min. Combine softened cream cheese, and mayo and mix well. Add bacon, onion, dill and pepper and mix well. Chill overnight. Form the cheese into 2 pinecone shapes. Cover with almonds overlapping them until the cheese is covered. Garnish with pine sprigs and serve with crackers.
