Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c
    natural almonds
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 5 slice
    bacon cooked and crumbles
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    dill, fresh
  • 1/8 tsp
    white pepper

How to Make Almond Pinecones

Step-by-Step

  1. Spread almonds in a single layer and bake at 300* for 15 min.

    Combine softened cream cheese, and mayo and mix well. Add bacon, onion, dill and pepper and mix well. Chill overnight.

    Form the cheese into 2 pinecone shapes. Cover with almonds overlapping them until the cheese is covered. Garnish with pine sprigs and serve with crackers.
