I come from a big family and we have a lot of family gathers, my house seems to be the gathering place. My teenage daughter, Alex, said she had this dip at school and wanted to try to make it for one of our gatherings. It was a hit everyone loved it!! She is now requested to make this for all family party's.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese soften
  • 1/2 c
    blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 c
    blue cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    hot sauce
  • 2 pkg
    cooked chicken
  • ·
    tortilla chips we use the scoops

How to Make Alex's buffalo chicken dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut the chicken in small cubes, we use the purdue or harvetsland cooked chicken strips
  2. Mix the cheeses, dressing and hot sauce in a bowl mix in the chicken. Place in an ovenproof dish bake 350 degrees for 20 mins
  3. Serve with tortilla chips. You can adjust the heat by adding more hot sauce if you prefer a spicy dip. My daughter likes it not too spicy.
