1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes (no salt added) (reserve juice)
1/4 cup Cilantro
1/2 small Red Onion (1/3 cup chopped)
1 Lime (juiced (with pulp))
1 Serrano Pepper (seeded and chopped)
1 clove Garlic (peeled and chopped)
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
