½ cup roasted red peppers (cut into thin strips)
½ medium red onion (sliced)

1 tablespoon dry Italian salad dressing mix
½ cup olive oil (extra virgin)
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried parsley
