Ingredients: 15 oz Frosted animal cookies (I used the 365 brand from Whole Foods); 1.5 qt strawberry ice cream (split in half and softened a bit); 3/4 qt vanilla ice cream (about half of 1.5 qt softened a bit); 1/4 cup assorted sprinkles (plus more for topping); 2 cups heavy whipping cream; 1/3 cup powdered sugar; 2 tsp pure vanilla extract; pinch of salt; 1 cup white chocolate chips (or chunks or a bar chopped up); 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream; red and blue food coloring (optional)
