Amish WHOOPIE PIES
INGREDIENTS

In large mixing bowl, cream together
•
2 C Sugar
•
1 C Lard
•
Add
•
2 Eggs
•
2 t Vanilla
•
1 C Sour Cream
•
1 C Hot Water.
•
Blend well.
•
Add
•
3/4 C Cocoa
•
Blend well
•
Sift together, then add:
•
4 C Flour
•
2 t Baking Soda
•
2 t Salt
•
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet
•
Bake @ 350* for 8-10 minutes
