1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup granulated sugar
•
1/2 cup powdered sugar
•
1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

Sprinkles for topping (I prefer the sugar ones but the non-pariels are fun too)
