½ cup milk (I used almond milk)

¼ cup (½ stick) butter, melted

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

¾ cup regular (old-fashioned) oats (quick-cooking would work, too)

½ cup walnut pieces

Prepared pie crust (9”-10” or use 4 small pie pans)
