FILLING:
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
FROSTING:
4 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 Tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 to 3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
