1-3/4 cups Dixie Crystals granulated sugar
4 large eggs (at room temp)
1 cup melted cooled butter
1 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped raisins
1/4 cup chopped crystallized ginger
8 ounce package cream cheese at room temp
2 ounces unsalted butter (softened)
3-1/2 cups sifted Dixie Crystals confectioner's sugar (measure after sifting)
2 teaspoons vanilla paste or extract
1 tablespoon milk
11 ounces Brachs mellowcreme pumpkins candies
2 ounces Sweets & Treats autumn mix sprinkles
