1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup olive oil
1 lb pound spaghetti or any pasta of your choice
Salt, for the pasta water
2 tbsp olive oil (optional, to prevent sticking)

4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely diced
28 oz crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup red wine (optional)
1 tsp sugar

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce or anchovy paste (optional for umami)
8 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
1/3 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh chopped basil or parsley, for garnish
1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
