Amanda’s Cream of Tomato Soup

INGREDIENTS
2 TB. olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 1/2 tsp. THYME
1 1/2 tsp. RUTH ANN’S MUSKEGO AVE
1/4 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC POWDER
1/4 tsp. freshly ground PEPPER (Almuth uses FOUR PEPPERCORN BLEND)
1 1/2 tsp. CHICKEN or VEGETABLE SOUP BASE dissolved in 1 1/2 Cups hot water
1 28-oz. can crushed tomatoes
2 1/2 TB. honey or agave
1/3 Cup milk
4 oz. Neufchâtel cheese
