5 Boiled Potatoes (medium size)
3 tsp vegetable oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp green chilies (chopped)
1 tbsp onion (chopped)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp chaat masala
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
2 Tsp Green Corainder (chopped)
11 g Instant yeast
100 ml Water
1 tsp Sugar
3 cups All purpose flour (Maida )
1 tbsp Yogurt
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tbsp Oil (For brushing)
2 tsp Milk (For brushing)
2 tsp Sesame
2 tsp Butter (For brushing)
