¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon almond extract
Oil or butter for frying (if necessary)
Optional toppings: yogurt (maple syrup, fresh fruit, cinnamon sugar, toasted sliced almonds)
