INGREDIENTS
1 lb raw almonds (which will be used to make almond butter for this recipe)
1 cup quick oats (certified Gluten Free) - ground up in a blender
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes - also ground up in a blender (a more budget friendly option than coconut flour)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 cup + 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used semi sweet)
