1/3 cup water

3/4 cup almond butter
•
1/2 tsp. baking soda
•
1/4 tsp. salt
•
1/2 tsp. vanilla
•
(Optional for chocolate coating):
•
3/4 cup (approximately) dark chocolate chips
•
1/2 tsp. coconut oil
•
Tools:
•
-Candy Thermometer
•
-Small to medium saucepan (try to avoid using a super-thin/cheap one–it will be more likely to burn)
•
-8×8 square baking pan
•
-Parchment paper
•
-Double boiler (or some other way to melt your chocolate chips)
