INGREDIENTS

4 teaspoons salt (start at 2 and adjust up (or down) according to your tastes)

1 teaspoon onion powder
•
1 scant teaspoon pepper (adjust according to your peppery mood; sometimes I use ½)
•
1 heaping huge teaspoon garlic powder (or 2)
•
2 teaspoons paprika
•
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper – optional (adjust as desired)
•
½ – 1 teaspoon thyme – optional
