INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour or Perfect Pastry Blend
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons buttermilk powder, optional
1 cup (16 tablespoons, 8 ounces) unsalted butter*
1/4 to 1/2 cup ice water
*If you use salted butter, reduce the salt in the recipe to 1/2 teaspoon.
