Alabama Chicken - 365 Days of Slow Cooking and Pressure Cooking

1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs and breasts (I use a combination of both)
1 cup water
1 tsp chicken bouillon 
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp black pepper
1 large package (16 rolls) hawaiian rolls
Monterey jack cheese
2 Tbsp butter, melted
¼ tsp garlic salt
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp black pepper
¾ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp horseradish
