2 Tbsp Pineapple Juice

1 Tbsp White Wine (or Sherry Wine – I had some leftover from my pumpkin pie!)

2 tsp Soy Sauce
•
1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice Powder

2 tsp Hoisin Sauce

3 Tbsp Korean BBQ Sauce (or Bull Head BBQ Sauce)
