INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lbs pork loin (cubed in 1-inch pieces)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups dry red wine
2 tablespoons coriander seeds (crushed well)
3 tablespoons olive oil
