Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar
•
2 eggs
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
•
1 teaspoon baking powder
•
1 teaspoon cinnamon
•
1 1/2 cups flour
•
1 small apple, halved and sliced thinly
•
1 small apple, diced
•
Topping:
•
1/8-1/4 cup brown sugar
•
1/8-1/4 cup chopped walnuts
•
Dots of butter
