This is very highly adaptable. Use any berries or combo of that you wish at any given time. Use your current greens of choice. Soft fresh fruit also works very well here, think summer ripe apricots for instance.

1/4 colive oil, extra virgin

2 Tbspwhite wine vinegar
- SALAD:

5 ozfresh baby spinach or any greens of choice

1 lbfresh ripe berries or soft fruit

1/2 ctoasted nuts of choice

1/4 mdred onion, thinly sliced (optional)
How To Make summer berries and greens salad

1Add the poppy seeds, honey, olive oil, and vinegar to a sealable container. Secure the lid and shake well to combine. Refrigerate an hour to up to 7 days. .

2Combine the greens, berries, nuts, and red onion slices (if using) in a large salad bowl or on a platter

3Pour the dressing over salad, and lightly toss. Refrigerate about 10 minutes before serving.
