Ingredients
- 2 cans (15-ounce) artichoke bottoms, drained and patted dry
- butter for pan
- 11 ounces goat cheese, room at temperature
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped small
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced fine
- salt and black pepper
How To Make austrailian goat cheese stuffed artichoke

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter the baking sheet .

Step 2Cut a thin slice from the bottom of artichokes to level and remove any remaining tough outer leaves.

Step 3In a bowl, combine goat cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, chives, basil and salt and black pepper to taste. Spoon filling into artichokes, sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.

Step 4Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbling. Serve immediately.
