Ingredients

  • 3 cups baking mix (like bisquick)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives or green onion tops, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces prepared buttermilk ranch dip
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted [to brush the tops]

How To Make cheesy ranch biscuits

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 450°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
    In a medium mixing bowl, sift together the baking mix, chives and garlic powder.
  • Step 3
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined and moistened. The dough will be stiff.
  • Step 4
    Using 2 Tbsp divide the mixture into 16 portions dropping onto the parchment lined baking sheets. Place at least 2 inches apart. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  • Step 5
    Place into the oven and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
